Regardless of the price difference, the customer will cover it or we will refund it.
We offer free reshipment or full refund for orders proven:
  • Delivered incomplete
  • Delivered incorrect
  • Delivered defective
  • Delivered damaged
  • Lost in transit
Notes:
  • A photo or video from the customer must be provided for orders delivered incorrectly, incomplete, defective, or damaged.
  • Order must be delivered no more than 2 weeks upon reshipment or refund request.
  • Products that we do not recommend selling will not be covered by the reshipment/refund policy such as guns, alcohol, or flammable items (lighter, etc).
Refund or free reshipment is not applicable for the following orders:
  • Delivered successfully, complete, and in good condition.
  • Returned orders - only occur when the customer cannot be reached upon delivery, the customer's address is incomplete or incorrect, or the customer did not pick up the item.
Notes:
  • Signed PODs are not guaranteed and depend on the local carrier as contactless delivery is implemented in most countries.
Return request for orders received correct and complete:

Customers can return the item/s to our warehouse, however, even if they return it, we will not be able to process a refund/exchange of item due to following reasons:

  • We have shipped out the exact item ordered.
  • We cannot resell returned items due to sanitary and quality concerns.
